The film portrays several characters: an amateur Balkan music band that plays socially-engaged concerts in Berlin, a school teacher who is fighting a huge corporation that pollutes the air in Szczecinek, Poland, a young Marxist sociologist who goes to Greece in pursuit of a dream of owning an apartment, and finally a couple of real estate agents living and working in Athens.
The film explores tensions between people that arise after economic crash, In the process mapping the stories of survival, resistance as well as adaptation.
