A concert presenting original music by Arik Strauss composed mainly since his arrival in Berlin last summer. Arik Strauss is a jazz pianist and composer who played in the USA, Japan, Israel, France and now in Germany. The style of his music is cross-over jazz influenced by American and Latin jazz. Joining him are the well known drummer, Andrea Marcelli, who played with many famous jazz musicians all over the world, and the bass player, Akira Ando, who played with Arik Strauss 20 years ago in New York and now is well know in the Berlin jazz scene.
